We fulfill your vacation wishes to the best of our ability. To help us prepare everything, please let us know as soon as possible during the inquiry or well in advance of your arrival.
To ensure that our youngest guests also get a good night's sleep, we are happy to provide a baby bed in the room or in the apartment. We also have a baby monitor.
Dearly beloved, quiet, non-aggressive dogs without a hunting instinct are warmly welcome at our property. Our capacity is limited — please ask for availability and price before booking.
You are very welcome at our hotel: the hotel, restaurant and outdoor areas are accessible without any barriers, and we have a wheelchair-accessible room and a barrier-free holiday apartment. Please ask about both of these when booking.
The sooner we know about it, the better we can plan our kitchen. We are happy to inform you about the ingredients of our daily menus on site.
If you arrive later than 18:00, please let us know in advance. We can only arrange for dinner on the day of arrival if you arrive before 18:00.
You will find us between Windischgarsten and Hinterstoder at an altitude of 650 meters. For the navigation system, please use the road „Großsulzbach“. The nearest train station is in Windischgarsten.

In addition, you can book things like à la carte lunch snacks, bathrobe rental, horseback riding lessons and guided rides, as well as massages and body scrubs.
The local tax is not included in the room rate. It currently amounts to € 3.00 per person per night from the age of 16 and is charged on site.
We kindly ask you to pay your stay on the day of departure in cash or to transfer the amount in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

Sometimes things don’t go as planned. To avoid incurring any costs, we recommend travel cancellation insurance — for example, from European Travel Insurance, which you can easily purchase online.
The General Business Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) in their current version apply, available from the Austrian Chamber of Commerce.
In the case of contracts for distance selling and outside of business premises, according to § 18, paragraph 1, item 10 of the FAGG, there is no right of withdrawal, as it is a service related to accommodation for a specific date. Instead, the aforementioned cancellation conditions apply.
